我们之前订了1个5人的家庭房间，我们是一家人出来，一个月前就通过信用卡把房间费用交了。首先，这个地方- 就在一个小区里面根本不是酒店，到了以后工作- 人员态度很恶劣，没有任何谈得上的服务。在故意耽搁了30多分钟后，没有任何歉意的告诉我，我们的房间没有- 了。我非常生气要求他们给解决方案，他们任然- 在没有任何歉意地情况下告知给我们2个大房间。我提出要求打折或者双倍退款，对方表示给我们两个大房间算是- 给我们的额外服务了，更不要说赔偿了。要求见- 他们经理，经理的态度更恶劣。我们在大厅就这样扯了2个多小时，整个过程没有任何人理我们。这根本不是酒店- ，就是一个在小区里面的房子，所以服务是我到- 泰国10多次最差的一次，让我非常失望。千万不要订这个酒店。 This is the worst experience ever in Thailand since i visited Thailand for more than then times. First of all , this is not a hotel or resort, it is localed at a living condo where it is really hard to find.We booked a room for 5 people as we are a family trip to Bangkok. We booked this room months ago and already paid by my credit card. As we reached the “hotel” or it is just a condo lobby, they just have a reception desk . No body help us to carry the luggage ,and even when we at the reception desk staff with a very bad face. Worst come worst, they checked in computer for more than 30 minutes (they talked to each other in Thai with a very wired look and unfriendly attitude) , then tell me our room is not available and no longer available. It is really anger me, why they do not notice me in advance as this place is really hard to find... I complained , the manger come with just a fake smile and tell us they only can provide us two big rooms without any compensation . I requested a double refund or a discount for the very bad experience, but they told me i booked one room, but they provided me two big rooms, it is my luck and it’s their compensation. We stay at the lobby for more than 2 houts while nobody care or even deal with us, we just phoned and phoned Booked.net to find solution. This is the wost experience ever and ruined our holiday mood...NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
